Grounded in who you are. Joy in who you’re becoming
I’m so happy you’re here
I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate identity, especially when you’re facing external pressures or complicated family dynamics. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, explore your experiences, and feel seen and supported.

Our Services
Ages 8-17
We offer affirming, age-appropriate therapy for children and teens navigating big emotions, identity exploration, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and more. Whether they’re just beginning to find their voice or learning how to use it, we create a safe space where young people can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow, just as they are.
Ages 18+
We hold space for queer and questioning adults to explore identity, heal from past wounds, and step into their full, authentic selves. Whether you're unpacking trauma, navigating relationships, or simply seeking a space where you don’t have to explain who you are — we’re here. This is therapy rooted in affirmation, connection, and the belief that queer joy is powerful, necessary, and deeply healing.

Main Approaches
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT helps you identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and patterns so you can feel more in control, build healthier habits, and create meaningful change in your daily life.
Attachment-Based Therapy
This approach explores how early relationships shape the way you connect with others — and helps you build stronger, healthier bonds rooted in trust, safety, and self-worth.
Strength-Based Therapy
This approach focuses on what’s right with you — tapping into your existing strengths, resilience, and values to help you grow, heal, and thrive.
