I’m proud of you. Being able to recognize when you need additional support is a big deal

First Step:

If you think that we might be a good fit together then reach out to me! That can be via email, call, text, submitting the form (at the bottom of this page). Whatever is the most comfortable for you!

Second Step:

We schedule a FREE 30-minute consultation call. I will gather some background information, and you can ask any questions you want.

Third Step:

If it still feels like it is a good fit then we will go ahead and schedule your first session! This doesn’t have to happen during the consultation call. You can take your time deciding.

Cost

$150 per 50 minute session *

I don’t want cost to be barrier for anyone.

Income based sliding scale spots are available upon request.
